Would you like to be a SLAGA officer?

Would you like to be a SLAGA officer?

Is President of SLAGA in your future? Would you like to get more involved? Or would you just like to attend a SLAGA officers meeting to see what we do? Let us know! All comments are welcome.

Are there any SLAGA meetings other than picnics and such? I'd like to be a little more active and be able to meet other members, possibly to meet up with to go Geocaching, since neither of my kids will go with me.

There are a lot of smaller, less formal SLAGA events, including "SLAGA lunches", group hunts, Q&A sessions, etc. Watch the calendar on the SLAGA home page, the SLAGA Facebook group, the freelist, and these forums. There's a link to the Facebook group on the Main Menu on the left side of the SLAGA home page. The freelist is an old-school e-mail subscription list. There's a link to the subscription page on that same menu. Most impromptu outings are organizes via the Facebook page or the freelist. If you're looking for somebody with whom to cache, just post there.

SLAGA board meetings are open to members. Contact one of the current officers for the time and place of the next meeting.
